The majority of the units at Embarcadero are owned.  Some unit owners chose to rent their condos out.

Pets are allowed with the approval of the Board of Directors. Only one cat or dog under (20) pounds is permitted per apartment.

Yes. They are:

• 9am to 6pm (Monday thru Saturday)
• 9am to 5pm (Sunday)
